IN THE STREET · IN THE BRAND · ON THE SCREEN

The problem you saw
shouldn’t vanish.

Report it with proof. Send it to the right place. Make it visible with the community and keep it on record until it is fixed.

01 / 07Report or tip?

01 · THE START

Start in the right flow.

Open a report for a problem you want fixed. Use the anonymous tip line for something that has to be seen fast.

  • A report is routed to an institution.
  • A tip is verified by the community.

02 · EVIDENCE

As you saw it, when you saw it.

Attach a photo, a short video or a screen recording. Location is bound to the record for physical problems; platform and version for digital ones.

  • Evidence, description and target in one flow.
  • If a similar record exists, back the report already open.

03 · FOLLOW-UP

I sent it. What happened next?

It reached the right team, it is under review, accepted or being fixed. Every decision and every institution reply stays on the same timeline.

  • Accepted and resolved are separate states.
  • The institution’s reply and the history do not disappear.

04 · CONFIRMATION

The last word is the reporter’s.

When the institution reports a fix, control comes back to you. If the problem is still there you say “No”; the report reopens and the clock starts again.

  • A fix is never declared one-sidedly.
  • The close is confirmed by the user.

05 · COMMUNITY

Make the same problem visible together.

Explore reports; add a “Happened to me too”, comment, save, share or follow. Instead of the same record opened again and again, one shared signal grows.

  • Explore by area, category and status.
  • Backing, comments and sharing on the same record.

06 · IMPACT

Your contribution becomes a profile.

Accepted reports raise your status. Badges show your expertise, the trust score your consistency, the leaderboard your activity in your own area.

  • Rookie, Reporter, Pioneer and Legend levels.
  • Weekly, monthly and all-time standings.

07 · REWARD

Contribution does not go unanswered.

Accepted contributions can turn into points, institution campaigns into coupons. The platform sets the points rule; an institution cannot buy a trust score.

  • A transparent point history on every report.
  • Coupons and their expiry dates in one place.

The pavement.
The checkout screen.

bugreports handles physical and digital problems with the same record logic; only the context each one needs changes.

PHYSICAL

The problems you see in the city.

Location, a photo or a short video and the responsible institution come together in one report.

  • Location
  • Evidence
  • Institution
DIGITAL

The problems you hit on screen.

Platform, version and a screen recording make the problem reproducible.

Not scattered complaints.
A signal you can work.

Prioritise evidenced reports in a single queue: assign them to a team, watch the clock, put decisions on record and have the fix confirmed by the user.

Loading the panel

Use the menus, the filters and the report queue directly.

01

Prioritise

Sort by status, area, category and time.

02

Take it on

Assign it to the right team and keep the SLA clock visible.

03

Close it out

Add the reply to the record; let the reporter confirm the fix.

It takes no side.
It keeps the record.

Trust comes from separated powers and an open history, not from a single badge.

01

Accepted is not resolved.

A report being accepted does not mean the problem is gone.

02

The platform sets the points.

Institutions can offer coupons; they cannot touch the points ledger or the trust score.

03

The community stays safe.

Blocking, hiding, reporting and moderation are part of the social experience.

Better starts
the moment you report it.

Do not let what you run into, in the city or on screen, disappear. Prove it, back it with the community and be part of the fix.
